She also trained in Wat Po massage, an ancient Thai healing practice, and became certified by the Thai government and the Thai Ministry of Education. Her studies extended into herbal healing and nutrition, focusing on how the body and mind must be in harmony to access higher guidance.

Through these experiences, she came to understand that everyone has the ability to connect with something greater. “My guide, J, has taught me that within each of us is a “light” waiting to be uncovered.
